Doppelsauger: El Misterio de Sara ratings (Movie, 2014)

Special Agent Ramirez must solve the disappearance of a young woman. The clues lead him to the business of white slavery as a prime suspect, a man with a double life. When the case seems to have been resolved, with the worst outcome, Ramirez decided to start his own search.
